I ordered a royal blue Advent stole and received a dark blue stole. I phoned the toll-free number and somehow managed to figure out that the associate was requesting a photo of the incorrect item. (I could only understand maybe one word out of three). I've sent a photo three times. No response.
The Texas address on the PSG site only has the toll-free number attached, which is pointless because I can't understand the associate. The chat and on-site text option did not result in a response. This experience has been aggravating to say the least, especially since I'm $90 into it and the item that I have is useless. The company may not be American, but the least you can do is provide timely response in the vernacular.
