Are your altar mass set machine washable?

We do not recommend machine washing. Since our vestments are embellished with embroidery and orphreys, we advise opting for dry cleaning to preserve their quality. If ironing is needed, please iron from the reverse side, especially on heavily embroidered areas, to avoid damage to the embellishments.

Gothic Priest Chasuble

The chasuble and stole I received was beautiful and the quality was great. I wanted something lightweight and yet high quality, and this chasuble delivered on both counts. The price was great, although shipping was a little high but still a great value.

Tabernacle

We received the tabernacle veil and it looks absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the veil turned out to be one and a half inches too short for the tabernacle opening. The width is just fine. It's the top to bottom length that didn't turn out correctly. Even though your instructuions were confusing, we thought we ordered a proper length of 13 1/2 inches. Then we saw something that said your standard length is 12 inches. Not every tabernacle opening is 12 inches long. Ours happens to be 13 1/2 inches in length. It is a beautiful veil but we can't use it the way it is now. What can you do for us? Can you send us any material and/or fringe that we could attach to the bottom of the veil? We await your reply as to what we can do next.

Great vestments and good process

We ordered 35 of these for our children's choirs. PSG worked with us to allow us to mark them with sizes and organized the packaging and labeling perfectly. These are high quality vestments that should last for many years. After years of our choirs wearing multiple shades of red cassocks, we finally match as one. Thank you, PSG, for making this possible.

folding creases

The lecturn hanging is very nice, and made to specications. But the material had crease lines that will probably have to steamed out. It looks like it had been folded for a long time. To avoid this problem I would suggest you roll the material up and ship in long boxes.
