Kindly provide us with your exact body measurements. Our expert seamstress will make the necessary adjustments to allow room for comfort and a perfect fit. However, in the desired length column, please mention either the length of your existing garment or the length you would like us to make.

Is your Clergy Cloak support machine washing?

Machine Washing: Use a gentle cycle to protect the fabric’s integrity. Avoid spinning to reduce stress on the garment. Dry Cleaning: Although machine washing is suitable, we recommend occasional dry cleaning to maintain the cloak's pristine look and extend its longevity. Ironing: Use the lowest temperature setting on your iron to prevent fabric damage. Following these instructions should help keep your cassocks clean and well-maintained.

Can I request custom features (extra buttons, loops, pleats, etc.) on my garment?

Not great quality

I did not know when I order through PSG, that it would be coming from India and I would have to pay a duty fee on top of the shipping fee I paid already. Next time I order a stole it will be from the Polish vendor I know that includes the Duty fees in the shipping and it is a better quality product.

The fringe on the stole is cheap, the materials are not that great and it feels like the stole can fall apart at any minute. Will defiantly use a different vendor next time. I'd return it if I could but I would probably have to pay for the return postage myself!

I can always count on PSG.

Beautiful and Affordable

I ordered the Coronation Tapestry Chasuble with Tassles in White taking advantage of the end of summer 20% discount. The chasuble is lovely and received many compliments in its inaugural wearing. I liked it so much I ordered the other three liturgical colors (red, green and violet) of the same design. The only issue I had was the way that it was folded for shipping, which left it creased. I put it in the bathroom for an hour with the hot water running in the shower and sink which helped it enough to be worn. When the other three arrive I will take all to a dry-cleaner to be professionally steam pressed.

Disingenuous

Fobbed off when requesting an honest return following their Terms & Conditions. Very poor service. Untrustworthy.
