I could not be more pleased with PSG Vestments. Not only is the quality of their work ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, but they way they handle issues is exemplary.
For example, on this specific order, after completing the dalmatic and shipping it ... FEDEX LOST THE VESTMENT !!! PSG could have walked through FEDEX's claims process and waited. They did not do that. They IMMEDIATELY created another CUSTOM-MADE dalmatic and SHIPPED IT WITHIN TWO DAYS!!! They didn't make us wait -- they handled it with such wonderful customer care.
We've ordered THOUSANDS of dollars of vestments from them - both custom and standard - and have always been THRILLED with their service and support.

I ordered the Coronation Tapestry Chasuble with Tassles in White taking advantage of the end of summer 20% discount. The chasuble is lovely and received many compliments in its inaugural wearing. I liked it so much I ordered the other three liturgical colors (red, green and violet) of the same design. The only issue I had was the way that it was folded for shipping, which left it creased. I put it in the bathroom for an hour with the hot water running in the shower and sink which helped it enough to be worn. When the other three arrive I will take all to a dry-cleaner to be professionally steam pressed.

VERY HAPPY!
It was a gift...Fr. Richard hand picked this beautiful Marian chasuble. He has great vestment taste! He hasn't officially worn it yet for Mass. Fr. Richard wants to celebrate one of the First 5 consecutive Saturday of the month Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Masses with it on. Wonderfully made. Very detailed! Looks great! He's very happy with it. I'm glad he likes it!
