The Deacon Dalmatic is made of Polyester blend viscose fabric.
The Dalmatic is adorned with orphrey having an embroidered cross on it.

The orphrey can be made from any of the following fabric options

* Damask Fabric

* Brocade Fabric

* Ogee Fabric

* Folium Fabric

The orphrey type is optional in 2 types

* With motif

* Without motif

The Dalmatics is made with no lining but it can be made lined for additional $15 only.

Matching Deacon Stole is optional for extra $15.
Standard size Dalmatics measures 53" in length and 63" in width from one end of the sleeve to another.
It can also be customized to any size.

Please note the below instructions before selecting size option:

1. Standard Size suits to Person with Chest upto 43 inches and upto 5 feet 9 inches in height

2. Made to Measure suits to Person with Chest above 43 inches and taller than 5 feet 9 inches.

Mixed Review

Good quality - Great prices. However, correct sizing has been extremely challenging. I had provided detailed measurements with accompanying pictures, but addition modifications were still needed, which they are happy to do, but you are out the return shipping costs. Communications, normally done via chat are OK (phone would be nice), but are normally delayed due to the time difference.

They look great in the picture but the quality is not there. Cheating in advertising as if they are made in America. In actual facts they are made in India. I requested a sample of material - they provided me with good cotton sample and when my order was delivered it was polyester- waste of money. Our Fathers at church would not use them as they do not absorb the water when using the Lavabo towels or wipe the chalice.
Try another honest place.

These are NOT zucchettos

These are not zuchettos. They are way too long and you have to have a pointed head for them to fit. I'm having them recut here in the United States since the are over two inches too long!

Custom Cotton Surplice

I was grateful for the ability to make custom requests and PSG's customer service. They asked follow-up questions, consulted my opinion, and sent photos before delivering the surplice.
I requested a three-pleat design on the front, and they delivered. The cotton fabric is good and the shape is mostly good.

However, there are a couple problems:
1. The sleeves were long
2. The surplice was tight to the armpits.
(3. The shape of the yoke was slightly unusual, though it's not too noticeable when put on.)

I'll only be making an adjustment to the sleeves.
Overall, it was a good surplice.
