Worst Customer Experience

I ordered one of these in November which reached me on December 11. It was incredibly smaller than the measurements I gave. They went as far in a back and forth to have me send photos of me being measured. I did that and then they suggested I take it to a tailor here in the US (there just wasn’t enough fabric to work with) and finally they agreed to make a new one a week later. They said I would have it in two weeks. It is now January 13 and yesterday they asked for measurements again! They then assured me it was being made with the measurements I supplied and will send a tracking number within an hour. I waited four and a half and nothing. Buyer beware of anything that needs “measurements”

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Our standard procedure for made-to-measure products involves crafting items based on the measurements provided by the customer. In the case of your order, there was an initial concern raised about the garment being smaller than expected. To address this, we requested photographs of you wearing the garment to better understand the fit issue. Upon reviewing the pictures, it was noted that the garment was made according to the measurements you provided.

In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we requested your revised measurements to process the replacement alb. After reviewing the measurements provided by you again, there was only a minor difference from the previous set. However, upon further examination of the pictures, we noticed a significant difference in the highest part of your stomach. To avoid any potential issues, we requested professional measurements. Based on your confirmation, we proceeded with the same measurements for the replacement garment.

Understanding that this process has taken longer than anticipated, we respect your decision to request a refund and have initiated the refund process as per your request.

High Quality

Compared to my other Alb from another company, this one from PSG is much thicker fabric wise and heavier when you put it on. This is a plus in the Winter season.
