Are your liturgical mitre machine washable?

We do not recommend machine washing. Since our vestments are embellished with embroidery and orphreys, we advise opting for dry cleaning to preserve their quality. If ironing is needed, please iron from the reverse side, especially on heavily embroidered areas, to avoid damage to the embellishments.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Can I request specific embroidery designs or symbols?

Dissatisfied with poor customer service

PSG refuses to fix an issue when it comes to a cassock that was created and the measurements were not correct they want to take people's money they do not want to issue a refund or fix the problem and then a customer has to send in the Garment back to them and pay out of their own pocket when every other company I know will pay for shipping to send something back to fix something or to exchange it PSG Investments won't even do none of that they want the customer to pay for everything all they want is the customer's money and they do not want to have no customer satisfied so this is a poor company to order from
