I ordered a the price was reasonable two days after I received a notification from UPS that they charge would be twice as much as a tip on a limited budget. I had to refuse the delivery very disappointed.
I had ordered this stole as an ordination gift for a pastoral colleague. I ordered it three weeks in advance, thinking that was more than enough time for it to arrive. It arrived too late. Moreover I had to pay the tariff to have it shipped to the US. To their credit, the company was prompt and responsive when I inquired about the status of the order. The stole is very nice. Perhaps the company could be more up front about the amount of time it takes to process the order and about the separate tariff costs.
Very happy with my order, the quality is excellent as usual and the delivery didn't take long considering that I live all the way in Australia. Keep up the good work and God bless you.

Excellent made mitre. I wish the colors were more like other coronation styles for in the US and Uk. But others very good. Hoping they can make a plan white damask mitre.

This mitre was custom made, I wanted it a little taller, and they did a perfect job with the measurements.
I thought I was getting a stole plus the vestment. When I called I was told that the vestment was just for display. If I have known that I would not have gotten it. There are no refunds at all. Lost my money.

I was really excited to get these! They had a great offer on the website and I took advantage of it. The only thing I wasn’t told is that once it arrived, I would have to pay additional money, taxes, and import fees, they weren’t disclosed at the beginning. The product itself is great! I just wasn’t expecting to pay more money.
